Similar to the RunGood stop in Council Bluffs, Ryan Phan peaked early and exited shy of the final table.
Ryan Phan came into the new level in need of a double up to avoid bubbling another final table in the Spring Brawl. Phan found what is normally a good spot, but ran into a monster against Thanh Bui.
Phan shoved for 170,000 in the cutoff and Bui called all-in for barely less in the small blind. Phan showed 10♦10♠ but was in a poor spot against the K♦K♠ of Bui. The A♠Q♣7♥K♥9♣ board held for Bui and Phan was eliminated the next hand. The final table is drawing for and will be posted shortly.
