Level 18 (5,000/10,000/1,000)
Total Entrants: 346
Players Remaining: 18
Chip Average: 384,000

There have yet to be any eliminations in the new levels but that is not for a lack of activity. Dan Lowery (pictured) has been right in the middle of the action, doubling up Linda Kittle and then rebounding versus Gable Hildebrand.

Kittle shoved for 101,000 in early position and Lowery re-jammed from the small blind. Jafar Kamarei folded his big blind and Kittle showed A♣Q♠. Lowery trailed with A10 and the board allowed her to double up.

Lowery fell to 130,000 but a few hands later climbed back over 400,000. On a flop of 84♣3♣, Lowery checked the big blind and Hildebrand bet 28,000 from the hijack.

Lowery check-raised to about 85,000 and Hildebrand moved all-in. Lowery called off for 182,000 total and needed to hit with K♣10♣ against the K8 of Hildebrand.

The 10 turned and the 9♠ hit the river and Lowery doubled back over the chip average to 420,000. Hildebrand is in danger with 110,000.
