The RunGood Weekend Poker Open at Hard Rock Tulsa has concluded after the returning 74 players duked it out this afternoon with Billy Victory taking the honors as champ. Flight A on Friday saw a strong start to the weekend with 143 entrants. Flight B's follow up did not disappoint as the field swelled to 234 entrants by the end of registration. Both days combined for a total of 377 entrants. A prizepool of $75,400 was posted nearly quadrupling the original $20,000 guarantee. Players chopped six-handed for $7,000 each and played for an extra $4,000 up top.
The event saw representatives from all states touching Oklahoma. The final "Poker Open" this summer will be $200,000 guaranteed "Southern Poker Open" debuting in Bossier City, LA at the Horseshoe Casino. The RunGood Events team will be present to bring event photography and live reporting on PokerNews August 8th - 11th. Alongside the Oklahoma State Poker Championship will be going August 8th - 18th at Hard Rock Tulsa.
For those curious about the Main Tour, The RunGood Poker Series will kick-off the Fall Season August 13th - 18th at Horseshoe Tunica in Mississippi.
