The RunGood Poker Series Main Tour Set to Finish 2022 Bigger and Better
TULSA, OK (August 11, 2022) - The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) will resume its main season, Contenders powered by PokerGO, in September. The remainder of the season includes two new stops, with more mixed-games than ever, the return of Championship Rings to every event winner, and a $1,000,000 guaranteed finale.
Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, CA (Bay Area) is the first of the new stops and will host its inaugural RGPS September 13th - 18th. Each of the six days scheduled hosts multiple tournaments including no limit hold’em and mixed games.
After that, the tour will head to Jack Casino in Cleveland, OH September 22nd - October 2nd. This will be the furthest north the RGPS has traveled thus far. There they will debut the Best Mid-Major Tour to the region with ten days of action-filled events of all kinds.
The schedule for both events include Big O, Omaha Hi-lo, PLO, and HORSE on top of the no-limit hold'em events. Each schedule carries over $250,000 in guarantees.
At the conclusion of those events, it’s off to the tour's favorite stops in the South and Midwest with schedules still in development, such as: Horseshoe Tunica (Oct. 4-9), Hard Rock Tulsa (Oct. 11-16), Horseshoe Council Bluffs (Oct. 18-23).
The second half of the season will also see the return of the RGPS Cruise presented by CardPlayer Cruises October 28th - November 6th. The cruise will depart from Miami and make stops in Bonaire, Curacao, and Aruba. The eight days will have ring events and All-Star ProAM seats by PokerGO to win. Click here to book a cabin.
Once back on land, the series will head out West to conclude the season with a stop at Jamul Casino in San Diego November 15th - 20th and then close out the year with a bang that sees a return to Thunder Valley Casino (Lincoln, CA) for the season finale November 25th - December 5th. The schedule will include the first-ever RGPS $1-million guaranteed Main Event and be the final RGPS of the year before the All-Stars ProAM December 9th.
The ProAM is Back
Each Main Event winner and Studio Ticket NLH event winner will earn a spot in the RGPS ProAM to be filmed at the PokerGo Studio in Las Vegas. A 48-person private event will see qualifiers from all over mix it up with celebrities and media personalities. You can check out the 2021 ProAM Final Table here.
